Tennis Conditioning Class
Wednesdays at 1pm
This is an equipment circuit class. You will be training on Pilates equipment as well as using stability balls, medicine balls, elastic bands and other small apparatus. No previous Pilates experience needed.
Improve your game by strengthening your muscles, increasing your coordination and decreasing the potential for injury by creating balance & symmetry in your body.
